Super quick and easy, these ooey gooey gluten-free chocolate brownies never disappoint!

INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup unsalted butter (melted)
1 cup caster sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1/2 cup cocoa powder
1/2 cup gluten-free plain flour
1/2 cup chocolate chips
METHOD
Preheat oven to 180° Celsius, or 160° Celsius fan-forced.
Grease and line a square or rectangle baking tin. Set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, combine sugars and melted butter.
Add vanilla extract and stir.
Add eggs, on at a time, stirring between each addition.
Sift in cocoa powder and flour. Stir until just combined.
Add chocolate chips. Stir until just combined.
Pour batter into prepared tin and place in oven. Bake brownies for approximately 30 to 35 minutes, or until they no longer wobble in the centre.
Remove from oven. Leave in tin and allow to cool.
Once cooled, cut and serve.
