A quick and easy, healthy breakfast option for on the go.
PREP TIME : 5 minutes
SERVES : 1-2 people
INGREDIENTS
1 ripe banana (peeled)
1 ripe mango (roughly chopped)
1/2 cup baby spinach
1/4 cup cashews
1 cup coconut water (add more for a thinner consistency)
6-8 ice cubes
Cashews, frozen raspberries and coconut flakes (to decorate)
METHOD
Add the banana, mango, baby spinach, cashews, coconut water and ice to an electric blender.
Blitz until smooth.
Pour into glasses and top with cashews, frozen raspberries and coconut flakes. Best enjoyed cold.
